Last Thursday evening, I went out with Nasrin for shopping and window shopping..
Saja nak usha-usha barang-barang yg akan dibeli untuk dibawa pulang
ke Malaysia hujung bulan Jun nanti..harap-harap ada sale sebelum balik..

When I was a child..about 5 or 6 years old..I like to sit on my mother's legs and then she began to sing me a song called "cong codak"..It was so great and I like it very much..We sang the song ..We laughed..We hugged each other..So wonderful!

Today..I have my own kids..and I am so proud because I can share and remember those happy moments with my son and daughter...I still can remember the "cong codak" song and I sing it to my kids..Thank you mum..

An Evening with...

What a cloudy and rainy evening..I'm so bored yarr..looking at the dark blue plus grey skies make my stomach says.."I'm hungry yarr...need something to eat yarr.."

Listen to the mumbling of my stomach makes me feel like to go through one page to another of a book called..'Minuman Petang' distributes by alaf21..

Nak cari idea buat kuih katakan..

At last I found the simplest kuih recipe called..Roti Jala

or in English we called it


Fishing Net Bread with Kaw Chicken Curry...

These are the ingredients:
150g wheat flour
2 eggs
200 ml plain water
200 ml coconut milk
1/2 tp turmeric powder
1/2 tp salt

Methods:
Mix all the ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Then,heat the pan with a little bit of cooking oil.
Then,pour the dough into the mould of roti jala and rotate the mould until the dough looks like a fishing net on the hot pan.Let the dough crisp and then lift it before you roll it as in the picture above.Redo the process until the dough are finish.Suitable to be eaten with chicken curry or honey.
If you do not have the mould,you can do it as well as a pancake process..
